we sell a whack load of punching bagsbut the most popular punching bag for muay thai clubs is always the regular 6ft thai bag. it's the perfect multi purpose bag other bags are just specialty bags focused on providing a better angles for one or 2 types of strikes but from the sounds of it you need to be able to do everything on a bag and a 6ft thai bag is all you really need

I reccommend Fairtex Banana Heay Bag for you. The bag is length 6ft, you can puching, elbowing, low kicking, kneeing and do everthing in your training. The items is inexpensive for you.
