Ordered on the Saturday 25th June so didn't expect to post until Monday (shorts weren't the colour I liked but were in stock). Anyway it's now the 18th of July and my order still says 'processing'. I have emailed the seller about three times now and have had no reply, as you can imagine I am truly pissed.

I needed these shorts asap and instead they're in limbo. I have no idea what's happening with my order.

I'm in Australia so I would have allowed even up to 10 working days as reasonable. I can't express enough how disgusted I am with the service from this seller. DO NOT BUY.

Has anybody else ordered from this seller? Interested to find how your experience went.

Never had to deal with them before. Just use trusted suppliers mate. Heres a few.

I always get paranoid when ordering off the internet, so I only use trusted sites.
I've ordered things off these sites, or their sister sites before. Its all good.

If you can't get hold of the suppliers then contact trading standards or your Aussie equivalent.

I help the best I can. Not sure why Breadfan said 9 posts? Is there an unwritten rule that only people with hundreds of posts can make a new thread or something?

Maybe because it's my ninth post and I'm already complaining? Ha, anyways.

I had read some reviews of the sellers fight shorts and they're supposed to be good for the price. Did another google search yesterday and someone had the same communication and problem with the seller.

I have 25kgs to lose so don't want any expensive shorts yet.

Will check some of those links you posted.

UPDATE:

TXMMA.com has refunded me half of my purchase and sending item in a couple days time. Thanks for that TXMMA but just a little communication with an email at the start etc and I would have been happy. Think you'll find most people very reasonable as long as there's some communication. Thanks.

Don't take back your original comments. Poorly run businesses with horrible customer support don't deserve that.
