Question BJJ - First class

Hey, I'm just wondering what i should wear to my first class and how should i prepare (What items to Bring)

Depends on the class Id recommend calling a head of time. Some require specific attire such as a full gi with belt and others recommend rashguard/tight long sleeve and shorts etc. If they require gi etc they will usually sell them at the gym or tell you where you can buy what you need. Also a water bottle, open mind and sense of humblness that you are going to get tapped a lot. But don't worry you will get better, just relax try to get to know people and don't be afraid to ask questions and have fun.

Basic stuff like a bottle of watter and a towel. If it is a no-gi class I would bring an extra shirt (if you dont have rash guards that is). A mouth piece would be a good idea also
