Should I drop to 155?

I fought my Debut fight at 170 I dropped from about 177....Ever since the fight which was a couple weeks ago I'm still at like 171-172 and haven't gained much back (I've been eating extremely healthy, salad, fruits, chicken etc.) Anyways my trainer mentioned me dropping to 155. Should I do it ? What would I have to do to drop the weight? And my biggest fear of all is what the hell would I look like because I don't wanna look like a skinny little 7th grader lol Will I be able to still lift weights everyday and drop to 155 while still looking cut?

What is your natural weight?

You only had to lose 7 pounds to get to 170, but you would have to lose a lot more to get to 155.

Have you cut a lot of weight before?

In short, yes.

I'm 181 on my way back down to 165ish, and while I'm 11lbs over 170 im too small to fight at 170. My natural top form weight is 165, I can feel great and lean there. There are guys I train with that fight at 170, and they have size on me. Don't get me wrong it probably won't be a huge deal breaker, but it would be a disadvantage however.

Edit: me personally, if I was going to compete at 155. I'd stay around 165, diet down 5 or so pounds then cut the rest the day of weigh ins.

Fawk dropping...you'll regret it. Pack on meat, roid up and fight at 205.
