Thank you all for your positive words and support. I think the advice to cut back a bit while continuing to work out by myself is good - god knows I could shadow box for the rest of my life and still have plenty to work on. As I get stronger I'll be able to handle the hits better. And, I know I need to work on my communication. I really wanted to prove that I was tough, despite my size, and I always made myself hold no matter what. I can't keep doing that without seriously hurting myself so I better suck it up and swallow my pride Once again, I appreciate the help.
