Did CagePotato get shut down?

It's been several days since www.cagepotato.com went offline. I tried looking up info about what is going on, but I cannot find anything. I heard they were getting sued by UFC a while ago, but it didn't seem like it was a big deal, not like it was going to cause the site to go down. Does anyone have any info about this?
