I just caught Sprong's. Mismatch pretty much covers it aswell. He looked to have decent kickboxinng against an overweight opponent who liked to feel the cage on his back.

- Spongs fight was a huge mismatch, the dude didn't even try for a takedown. What do you expect from a debut though, definitely keeping an eye on Spongs progression.
- Torres losing a SD, wonder what's next for him, how much does he have left on the tank.
- Rumble with a 1st round KO, LHW seems to fit him. 4-0 since leaving the UFC, is he getting a ticket back to the big leagues.
- Arlovski with a 1st round stoppage, how far is he from a UFC contract? He will face Monson in early February. IMO, he's fighting for a UFC contract there.

I think it's time for the UFC to consider giving Arlovski another go.

He's fighting Monson in early February, a win over him should definitely get him a ticket back to the big leagues. There were rumors of Rizzo-Cro Cop to be on the card as well.

Just watched the event and found it hilarious. It's as though they dialled up a group of cans fresh off the couch and stuck them in there with legitimate prospects and ex-UFC fighters. I'm sure it makes me a bad person, but I've never laughed so hard throughout an MMA event.

A few thoughts:
- I think Arlovski should be back in the UFC soon. IMO, when he fights with his head on straight he's a top 6-10 heavyweight. He beats the likes of Mir, Nog, Nelson, Browne, Rothwell, Struve, Miocic, etc. I think he'd take a rematch with Bigfoot. However, I think the likes of JDS/Cain/Overeem/Cormier would beat him soundly. I think that if he beats Monson he should at least fight one more opponent coming back to the UFC.
- I can't tell if Miguel Torres is suffering from Joe Stevenson syndrone or if he's having an identity crisis as a fighter. I actually gave Moraes all three rounds. I doubt we'll see Torres in the UFC anytime soon.
- Johnson looks solid at 205. Let him make weight properly a few more times and then let him back in. I'd like to see Rumble/Rashad down the line.
- Burkman actually looked good against Gerald Harris. I was pretty shocked that he won, as I expected Harris to be a monster at Welterweight.

Come on, Sefo said their intentions were to compete with the UFC one day. I'm all for setting up goals and all but..

Don't think you'll be seeing that fight. Both are Blackzilians and there are plenty of talent out there for them to avoid each other.
