I was about to say Kalib Starnes running away from Nate Quarry was the most embarrassing but this tops that for sure!

He was definitely saying that he broke his hand in that video.

The most embarrassing loss though would probably be Forrest's loss to Anderson Silva, he was finished with such a small punch and then flopped around on the floor afterwards. I just felt bad for the guy.
Honourable mention to Yoshihiro Nakao for his kiss on Heath Herring but not technically a loss.

The kiss was a no contest. I also agree that the Forrest loss was embarrassing to but he didn't really flop around. He fell down and waved his hand.

Yeah I said it wasn't a loss, but the dude still got knocked out after kissing him haha.
It's just the way that he falls and his right let comes up while he waves his hand, it just looks really strange.

That was the beginning of the end of Sylvia's legitimacy as a top heavyweight. It proved that Sylvia shouldn't have been anywhere near the ring with Fedor, let alone fighting for a title fight. Nowadays the only thing that he can get is a rematch against an opponent of their former glory.

Sapp/Crocop in K1 was pretty funny once Sapp was hurt (his reaction was hilarious). Honorable mention to Fedor/Sylvia in Affliction.

Lauzon vs Gabe Ruediger is one of the most one-sided beatdowns I've ever seen. Ruediger didn't stand a chance, didn't form any offence, just got beaten down, and considering how much of a dick he was at the weigh-ins, it was just embarrassing. Being a Lauzon fan it was particularly sweet too.

Actually Sapp received a legitimate broken orbital bone from the Cro Cop fight. I suspect that ended his career as a legit rising star in K-1/MMA. After that fight he was just never the same beast if you know what I mean.
