As always Ariel Helwani does not disappoint with his last interview with Frank Shamrock.

His life story will be interesting to watch... In my opinion he is the original true MMA fighter who blended grappling, striking, and conditioning into a cohesive whole.

Damn Shamrock was really emotional. Hope he moves on to good things. Gonna miss having SF as the little kid in the big pool.
