CAGE RAGE ANNOUNCES JULY 14 CARD

Not ones to rest on their laurels when it comes to organising a show, Cage Rage has released a full card for their next show just four days after their April 21 jaunt "Judgment Day." "Hard As Hell" will be held on July 14 at the Wembley Arena. A full rundown of the card can be seen below with a more-in depth analysis to follow in a future column.

He's on a couple of King of The Cage DVDs I have. I haven't watched them in a couple of years, but I don't think he did anything particularly impressive, other than being Herb Dean, of course.

why does everyone seems to hate him so much for?...his bad ref calls?..or should I say some of his contraversial early stopages as ref?... who knows..... give the guy a break...its already bad enough that his name is a "HERB"...

I give him a lot of credit for fighting. He may not be the best fighter but he is out there and giving it his all. Go Herb!!

I'm surprised that the UFC doesn't have a problem with Herb Dean fighting. Not only does it put one of their most notable refs in danger of injury, but he's on Cage Rage, which I don't believe is associated with the UFC at all. I'd like to see Herb Dean vs. Ken Shamrock

I don't believe UFC referees are actually UFC employees. They work for the athletic commissions.
