how far would you travel to train mma?

there are some good mma gyms near colleges that I'm applying for but it's almost 20 miles away. I don't think I can go there weekly because there are so many stops and I have to ride multiple buses too. Even if i get a car ride, the gas price will be too expensive

Sounds like you just need to take some tae bo at your local college. This guy here can help.

In all honesty I don't mind riding out somewhere. The last one I was a member of was about 30 minutes away.

The gym I train at is about 20 minutes from my place, certainly a commute I don't mind.

It really just depends on how good the gym is for me. For a really good gym, I would go a ways for sure, if I could afford gas. Thats the big thing. If I can afford the commute, it doesn't matter to me.

CSUN is 32 mins away from Bas ruttens gym but 23 miles so 46 miles for both coming and going. SDSU is 13 miles from Alliance mma. and CSULB is 10.5 miles from Kings mma. but CSUN is for dumb people cause alot of people get accepted with 2.0 GPA
