First off every fighter has some sort of heart, and second its my opinion Vitor has heart. Vitor did come close in the first Randy fight way back in 1997 us long time fans know but not at UFC 46 or 49. But what I mean is he accepted a challenge against a legend in the UFC who was dominating at the time when his sister was missing. If my sister was missing I would refuse to fight definitely against a legend like Couture. Tell me how thats no heart? Just because in his fights he gave up doesn't mean he doesn't have heart. All fighters have heart in some sort of way dude. Vitor could have been the best ever. And "stop questioning me you 12 or 14 year old noob" bwahaha.

alright lets put it this way little guy , In the real world , as a person & human being , Vitor Belfort has got a good heart , but as a Mixed Martial artist and a fighter .... Vitor has no heart . It's ddamn true .




Besides that point we are talking about in MMA who has the biggest heart , so Vitor shouldnt have been in there to begin with , when you got guys like Nogueira, Wandy , Hughes , Saku etc Belfort doesnt even deserve to be in the same sentence... and cmon dude , lets be honest , who wouldn't be upset if there sister went missing ? ? ? Thats not a good example to use to show Belforts heart

Okay Punishment 101, now its my turn. Why didn't you put Bas Rutten in knees. You know he has some of the best knee shots of all time if youve seen him fight which you probably haven't. Overeem and Rua do have good knees but nearly not as good as Bas and Ken Shamrock (although Ken sucks lol).

Bas has good knees , but he has way better Kicks and uses Kicks more then he does Knees , which is why i put him on my Kicks lists .... I think both Shogun & Overeem have better knees and use them more effectively, Shogun broke Rampage's Ribs with his deadly knees , stopped him in under 2 mins , and Overeem is obviously amazing with his flying knees that he demonstrates in everyone of his fights.

As for Ken shamrock having good knee's are you basing this on the Kimo Fight ? hahahahahahahahahahahahaha enuff with you

You obviously have never seen Bas very Kohsaka. I would put Bas on my striking list after that fight but there are 5 better strikers then him in my opinion. He has good kicks and good knees. Better than Overeem in my opinion. Overeem doesn't use knees every fight and as affective as Rutten. Rutten ended opponents 5 times with knees. Suzuki, Fuke, Yanagisawa and used them every fights. But his kicks were more powerful.
