That is a real shitty way to lose.... Its the sort of sloppy thing you would see at a amateur mma event.

I remember Pat Miletich losing a bit like this, only kneeling against the cage.

I believe that is a neck crank from a scarf hold. Not even remotely similar to the choke that Carlos Newton put on Pat Militich.

Newton/Miletich was a Bulldog Choke wasn't it? Kinda like a headlock but more under the neck than around the ears.
