A desperate plea

to Kazushi Sakuraba.

Please stop. Please, please, please, please stop.

It was so freakin' painful watching a severely broken down Saku in the ring. Just stop and retire, I beg you.

Ken is retired if I am not mistaken. Anyways No, feed Saku a man he can beat. Dont let him go out with a loss the way he did. Let him pound 1 more guy then I would ask him to please retire and coach more fighters towards his style of fighting.

I'd just hate to see him go out this way.

My 12 fighter army is as follows:

Dan Henderson
Mac Danzig
Mirko "the man" Filipovic
Anderson Silva
Fedor and Aleks
Mark Hunt
BJ Penn
Q. Rampage Jackson
Karo Parisyan
John Fitch
Frank Shamrock

from what people said on here it seems like saku was actually winning the fight and got screwed over on a decision. which could be true but i dont think he would lose to a gracie especially royce, i mean come on how can u lose to royce? no disrespect to him or anything but saku is a well rounded fighter and royce isnt. saku should have won that decision..unless he was feeling sorry for him or something. he still has a good record and hasnt lost too many fights recently , hes still been winning some.

YEs I would like to see him go out with a win for sure. I just don't want to see the guy die in the ring. His body is so broken right now.

I thought the decision was fair (except the one judge who had it 30-27). Saku won the first round, but he didn't really do anything for the rest of the fight. Not that Royce did much, but he seemed to do more and actually outstruck Saku late in the fight. kazushi did have a couple attempts at a kimura, but they never really had a chance. Toward the end of the fight it just looked like he had nothing left and was trying to hold on till the bell while Royce looked like he was still trying to end the fight. At one point I actually though Kazushi was injured or something and was going to quit because he was just standing there not even trying to do anything. It was a pretty sad fight and not the way I wanted to envision a legend going out.
