Chest, but keeping an eye on the person as a whole and the direction of their ENTIRE movement doesn't hurt.

More at the hips and midesection area becuase usually the hips move when a punch or kick is thrown, but when fighting a guy like arlovski who is fast and explosive, this won't work.

In football you look at the persons waist but no big deal

I look at the whole body when I can, but mostly shoulders and hips I concentrate on standing-up. When I punch to the head I look where is his head though and when I punch to the body I look at his shoulders (so not looking at where the punch is landing).

Brock Lesnar will be the #1 ranked fighter, and will be best fighter ever.

Favorite fighters:

HW = Lesnar
LHW = Arona / RAMPAGE
MW = Filho
WW = Koscheck
LW = Ruediger

chest because if you lick into their eyes you wont be able to see punches and kicks coming.

I think you have to constantly look all over. Some fighters can tell you their next move if you look at their eyes, some their hands, waist, mid-section, etc.

I look into the future. That way I can anticipate their moves with ease.

Actually, usually I do this even before the fight. I will simply find out where they will step when the fight begins, and will arrange for a piano, 50 tonne weight or elephant to drop onto the spot where they will be.

Sometimes, to toy with them first, I set up a few dozen rakes for them to stand on, before the coup de grace.

Favorite Pokemon:

HW: Charizard
LHW: Onyx
MW: Hitmonlee
WW: Gengar
LW: Psyduck

I'd say keep your eyes on all of the opponents body as a whole.
