I liked how on the show last week, buddy got choked out and the ref let it go until the dude forgot math.
Yea ****en rights, IFL is deadly, its like a weekly TUF show with different Coaches each week.
Im very excited to see Ken back in the corner of MMA action and taking on Franks team of all people.

I watched this and liked it alot, I watch Ifl when I can remember it is on mainley to watch the lions den but anyways I have been somewhat impressed with the skill level in some of the fighters

I watch every Monday night. Bas as commentator and host is the greatest move in MMA. I didn't think Renzo was going to get the sub but he did. If I were Pat, side-slam like Hughes to break the hold. Lindland subbing Newton was golden, I love to watch Lindland Strike. I can't wait 'til we see Ken Shamrock vs Frye or Shamrock vs Shamrock. Dear Don is always hilarious. There is a IFL section below. I update the team standings, there is only one event left before the playoffs. I'll make vBookies for the playoff also.
