Gonzaa easily, I gave Gonzaga a zero chance and to be honest I thought he was only in the cage to make Cro Cop look good for Randy/Cro Cop, Gonzaga was the kick that shocked the world.
Forrest/Shogun was a bit of a shock but there was always the bit about rules diffrances in the back of a guys mind and combined with the fact Forest has no quit there was always a chance.
Jardine/Lidell was shocking but only because of the way he won, because they were both big strikers Jardine always had a punchers chance.
Randy/Sylvia I really didnt see as a shock, Sylvia looked like crap during the Monson fight and the fact that Randy came out of retirement saying he had Tims number I really believed he could come out on top.
GSP vs. Sera was a big surprise but I still gave Sera more of chance against GSP than I gave Gonzaga against Cro Cop.

Serra>GSP to me was the biggest shocker, I didn't think Serra could pull out the win at all. Sokky over Nog is #2, just because Sokky was an unkown guy at the time with a 2-1 record.
According to Vegas Sokky was the biggest underdog of all the choices listed he was +700 in the Lil nog fight.

Oh yeah, GSP losing to Serra was the biggest upset of 07, and one of the biggest upsets in MMA. Serra, a LW, wins a reality show by barely beating Lytle in a horrendous fight, comes in and brutally whomps GSP? In the first round? Shit was unbelievable. There was no logical way for him to win, but he won, in spectacular fashion.
Sokky vs lil Nog was definitely surprising. Sokky was someone I didn't know, and well, Rogerio is Rogerio. Shit, lil Nog went down in like 20 seconds.

Yea I was so surprised by Serra>GSP, I gave Serra practicly no chance at winning. I was rooting for him, bieng a fellow Long Islander but it was the type of rooting where you know he has no shot, so if he lost, it wouldn't have been disappionting. When he won, I was so shocked but loved every minute of it.

St Pierre Vs Serra.
I didn't expect St Pierre to lose that title for a while and especially to Matt Serra.

Cro Cop v Gonzaga. Cro Cop was one fight away from a title shot and is a big name in MMA and not many people gave GG a chance.
