Which 2007 fight outcome shocked you the most?

I was the most blown away by Serra vs. GSP, especially because of the way Serra won it.
It's a pretty exciting time to be a fight fan, isn't it? You never know what's gonna happen these days.

Serra vs GSP

To make the long story short, I either gave the underdog's little chance or thought they would win. I gave Serra no chance. GSP was on top of his career, looked unstoppable and Serra was just Serra.

I went wit Randy...GSP Vs Serra was a close 2nd for me.

The thing that made me pick Randy was the record he has against big HW...

Sylvia was so much bigger than Couture, and Couture had been out for quite some time.

Mirko vs Gabe.

Honostly, who would have thought Mirko would be taken out by his own signature move?

Mirko vs. Gabe............He was taken out with his own signature move.

Serra vs. GSP was one I didn't bet on cause Serra is just a scrappy little bastard.

Shogun losing to Forrest seemed pretty crazy to me as well but he wasn't knocked out or anything. Besides I knew Forrest had a chance in the bout.

Cro Cop vs. Gonzaga was the most because the end came so fast and shocking, everyone watching had to take a couple seconds for it to register.

GSP vs. Serra is a close second though, but it wasn't as gnarly as Cro Cop getting KTFO.

most definitely forrest vs shogun for me. i figured it could be a close fight, but that rua would end it w/ a tko or submission.

i was REALLY wrong.

Well, Sokky vs Lil Nog was arguably the biggest upset in MMA history, so I'll go with that one.

I was surprised at the Napao RHK, but I really wasn't that surprised he won. My instructor is really close with Gonzaga and he was very confident.

I picked GSP VS SERRA, that munchkin from Long Island is annoying.

I'm still boggled by Rua's defeat.
