I think that pride has better fighters than UFC. The last time they took Chuck Liddell over there he got his *** kicked by Rampage Jackson.(He isn't even the champ) Plus they have no one to even provide a challenge for pride's heavy weight Fedor Eimilioneko.( not sure how to spell)

It depends on the rules and the enviroment in which the fighters are in. If you take away the gloves and have them fight in an open field then you could get a better idea of who is better.

Pride does have better fighters and in a ring is more like an "open field" kameleon spoke of. Pride is the best.

chucks record in pride is 2 wins over guy mezger and allistar overeem, and the loss to rampage via DQ (towel thrown), silva on the othe hand has a record of 1 win over tony petarra, and two losses to vitor belfort ( he was demolished) and tito ortiz in the UFC. in pride hes fought a ton of japanese cans with losing records (kanehara, iwasaki, otsuka) and the only worthy oponent hes beaten are arona (split dec.) henderson (dec), yoshida (split dec) thats it.

Wanderlei been champ for years that's got to speak for something. Even when he fought the way heavier Crocop he was not defeated. I know it was a draw but that is only because it was under special rules where if it went the distance then no matter what it was a draw. I own that dvd and wanderlei got the best of him. Even you have to edmit that if pride took their best several guys from each weight division and put them against ufc's top guys from each division, pride would most definitely win a majority of the matches. They especially have no answer for prides heavy weight. Tim Silva wouldn't stand a chance! Well I hope we get to prove each other wrong and see a Chuck - Wanderlei match. Unfortunatly it will probably never happen!

chuck took that fight lightly, he is a much better fighter now than he was, and ur boy wanderlei would get knocked out by chuck, but fedor and the heavyweights would dominate the ufc

wanderlie's win to yoshida was unamamous. He totally dominated quinton jackson who made chuck look rediculous. He fights guys heavier then him all the time (Mirko and Hunt). Pride you cant trap a guy on the cage. Pride just has better talent. he destroyed sakuraba and sakuraba wipped shamrock. Vitor and tito beat the young inexperianced wand but look what allistar did to vitor. Another case of pride whooping ufc.
