What I would say. Is dont worry about running unless your in track, or planing on running from your fight. lift as much weights as you can for as long as you can. I would also say sit on your hands and legs till they fall asleep the lift weights. After the feeling begins to return, sit on them again. If you can train your body to overcome pain and train it to listen to your commands when it has little blood in the limbs, it will work way better with blood. Its the same type of high altitude training from a mountain, hard work on little oxygen = better preformance with more oxygen.
If you want to get as drunk as you can before your fight too, we all know druck fighters are the best fighters. If you dont drink then i would say drink about a 6pack of red bulls. This will give you a boost in speed
