JLB not underestimating Choi
Heres what he had to say
"The monster is un-fightable; it’s very difficult to battle this flesh tower. You guys don’t imagine what it is like to fight a 2m18 (7 ft, 2in) and 167kg (367 lbs) giant, it cost a lot of energy, really! Even the champ Semmy Schilt had a hard time against him last year and lost a controversial decision"

After thinking about this fight, I dont think it is going to be an easy fight. Choi is HUGE. Fedor couldnt finish a similar fighter in Schillt and it might be more of the same for Choi. His stregnth alone could keep him out of submissions. The closer this fight gets the more I actually wanna see it.

IDK man, with all due respect to JLB this is MMA not kickboxing. Fedor takes this fight easy, armbar in the first 3 minutes. He may be strong, but he's not strong enough to power out of Fedors armbar. If he tries he's just going to end up with a severley fractured arm.

Standing, Choi would give Fedor tons of problems, but this is MMA. Fedor will take him down, work some GnP and armbar him in the First Round...I can't see it going any other way.

Choi loses this fight everywhere IMO. His stand up is really bad and overrated, and he can't be as sloppy and inefficient in an MMA match, because he will risk getting taken down. Choi's arms are also like 348939483 feet long, and we all know how Fedor loves his armbars and kimuras.

I'll give Choi this, it won't be a that easy fight for Fedor. But Fedor will still win. Fedor should be able to ground and pound or Armbar/Kimura him. He may have big arms but remember that Akebono(sp?) got submitted by Kimura once before(By Royce gracie if I'm not mistaken) so arm size or strength has nothing on technique. If applied well, its over.

It´s very difficult to fight a giant like that especially striking with him, but easier when on the ground. Then the range and reach can be a disadvantage. However, Fedor already fought Schilt, who is also incredibly tall, and took him down and fought his way to a decision. Choi will probably do worse on the ground than Schiilt did so the champ should be able to submit him.
