I was wondering wats peoples opinion
on this

Would A Master or Grand Master or what ever art they choose. Beat the best mma fighters

I know people are gona how could shoalin monks(as an example) beat some1 like lesner per say big strong he hits u hard once ur gone.

Most of the kung fu they use is for demonstrational art
Where they would use sanda i think its called for selfdefence

This is a little hard to answer. On one hand, you have the MMA practioners that practice their art with rules in mind. On the other hand, you have masters of arts that aren't meant to be in sports. I.E. combat arts that are meant to kill/disable and no rules involved.

Delucia proved to everyone how striking based martial arts is insignificant in close quarters combat. Just as well, BJJ is basically insignificant if you are unable to get your opponent to the ground*. What else, you throw your opponent to the ground with Judo or take them down with wrestling, but you're likely to end up tapping for your limb or air against an athlete who is well versed in MMA.

*Of course there are exceptions like flying arm-bars, standing guillotines, and maybe even one day a flying gogoplata.

That's not what I meant. I meant like strikes to the neck, eyes, groin, etc that are emphasized. But, I guess weapons arts are out of the window too. (I.E Kali) But, I was also going for an MMA practitioner since they train in many forms of arts.

Hey! This thread reminds of that old guy that was throwing his students around with his hand motions. Then, he challenged a real fighter and got his butt beat bad.
