SHOXC 3/21 Discussion Thread
Some interesting prospects fighting tonight. Aaron Rosa is on 5ozofpain's prospect list. Marlon Mathias is a young exicting Muay Thai guy from Chute Boxe who I think has some potential. In the mainevent Malaipet is a very good Muay Thai fighter who is devoloping MMA Skills.

It has begun! Chris "Kamikaze" Cariaso vs. Mark Oshiro is the first fight. Kamikazie already whupped this guy once before, They show some bloody highlights.
Round 1
THe fight is underway, Cariaso looks like a mini Cung Le in there, Oshiro looks like Kendall Grove's second cousin. They clinch, Cariaso gets Takedown and has his back, throwing some good punches Oshiro gets back to the feet Holy Sh!T he cracks Cariaso and drops him! Holy sh!t. Finished him with some good punches from the top. THat was badass. Ends Cariaso's undefeated streak.

ANalu Brash(looks like Gonzaga) vs Shane Del Rosario(undefeated)
Round 1
Shane throws a great left sweep kick that makes Brash fall on his ass, Shane in Gonzaga jr.'s guard. Shane misses with a huge elbow and hits it str8 on the mat. Shane GnPs until Herb Dean could stand no more. Brash using the classic "X" defense, but taking constant punches and wasn't getting out. Shane Del Rosario via TKO in the first.

Oshiro looks to be offical that guy could be a force at 135. Wasn't that impressed with either of the HW's.

An uneventful fight thus far, I'll say that Fletcher took the first two rounds, Rosa is going to have to finish him to win in my book.
Rosa got ROCKED by an overhand right, but he seems to have survived.
Decision - Jaime Fletcher wins via UD. Pretty much controlled the pace.

Erin Rosa vs Jamie Fletcher
Round 1
It's kickboxing for the first minute, Fletcher goes for a TD and ends up cagepressing. Back to throwing hands, Fletcher throws a headkick and lands on his ass. Rosa cagepresses and throws knees, ref breaks them up. Back to the clinch cagepress, Fletcher throwing knees to the inside of the thigh. Round ends. Not too exciting.
Round 2
Not much to tell.
Round 3
Fletcher drops Rosa in the first minute with a huge punch. Rosa recovers and claims guard. Ref stands them up. CLinch, clinch, clinch, cagepress. They use the last 40 seconds to brawl. They clinch with 8 sec. to go, Fletcher throws a superman punch at the horn that does land. It goes to a decision.
Jaime Fletcher gets the decision.

disappointing fight but get ready because Marlon from Chute Boxe is a real exicting fighter. He is also cocky so if he feels comfortable we could see some showboating.
