Not much to this, I think that all of the true fans of the sport know that it is much less dangerous than some other activities that you can partake in. I just think that it is quite interesting that all of these polititian types get all riled up about MMA and how brutal it is, but once a report comes out that proves the contrary, hmmm, suddenly it gets very quiet.

What do you think?

Looks good, its nice for some good publicity to come out and show to all the people who think its a brutal and violent sport that the risk of injury is quite low for such a sport.

I think that most of the injuries are prevented by the refs. Most people will complain about early stoppages, but, in actuality those stops help our sport tremendously. It gives us some credibility.
