Frank did a gutsy thing not a stupid thing. He said he would stand and he did. He didn't do the usual promise until your getting tooled and then tka ehim down right away. he made a promise and kept it. Very credible in my opinion

Don't know why he's so hell bent on the Ken fight. Besides the money. If there is no rematch clause, who does he have to fight to get back to Cung?

I thought that fight showed the Frank Shamrock's ego will ALWAYS get in the way of his success.

I have to agree with you. My favorite fighter is Frank, and his skill is great in both standup and GnP, he is however very egotistical in ways that tend to get in the way of better judgement. This is probably why he is making a B-line towards Ken and not the belt he just lost. With that said I still am watching to see him get back into contention.

He will hopefully have a different gameplan against Cung Le. Coming off a loss hopefully the ego will make his rematch vicious.
