Roger Gracie to return against Yuki Kondo
This just in from MMAOverdrive.com!
Roger Gracie's Return
I have a feeling Kondo will outwork Gracie with his experience early in the fight, but sooner or later, he'll get caught with a submission.

I think Gracie will own him early and often. I think this is an easy first round submission for Roger.
He's just to good a grappler for almost anyone.

I agree with that, but Gracie showed a BJJ stereotype in his first fight, and that was not liking getting punched. I have a feeling he'll be pretty uncomfortable in the first bit of the fight, but will then kick in to put Kondo to sleep.

I think Kondo's going to TKO Gracie.
Kondo's gotten worse, sure, but he's way more experienced and he actually has solid sub defense. He also has better stand-up.

Plazz Waterman isn't a scrub by any means and Gracie adapted pretty easily on the ground during the fight. I mean he started out getting hit and then he started defending himself from punches very well.

I know, I never said he's a scrub. He's actually extremely strong and has a ton of experience.

O I know you know about Waterman my point is the guy was facing a roided out 280 pounder who has very good wrestling. It wasn't like he had any options in that fight but subbing Ron off his back.

Oh ok. Yeah, he did great in the grappling part, and after he was able to overcome his fear of getting hit, he pretty much turned it on and finished Ron in fine fashion.

I love my BJJ prospects, so I would really like to see Roger pull out the win.
