Biggest opponent you've ever faced?
Well what has been the biggest opponent you've EVER faced whether it be street fight, competition, whatever.
I remember that maybe about 6 months ago, there was this obese kid who was 225, about 5'7, and was harassing me and eventually he punched me (I'm about 5'9, 135) and I gave him a couple of knees and finished him off with a judo choke.
About a month ago, the same guy was starting stuff yet again, but he didn't want to do it out of hatred or bad blood, but out of competition (he was supposedly a black belt TKD guy) and we just went at it. I got him once again with some good jabs and finished it with a hook. He only got a good couple kicks on my shins, but it hurt him more than me I think.

I'd love to see a fatty like that doing advanced TKD moves.

Hehe he wasn't doing something crazy like Crocop high kicks, but like those weak kicks that could easily be blocked with a Muay Thai shin block.

I fought (street fight) a guy that was about 6,3 275 before (Im 6 feet about 180) it went well with me being able to dodge his punches and land about 15 shots without being hit, then he hit me and I hit my ass on the ground (he yelled at me to get up I decided my broken nose was enough and stayed down, not my proudest moment), the lesson is fat f**ckers are slow and easy to avoid unfortuntly they are still very strong and eventually they do connect.

The biggest guy i've fought was 6'6" and about 220 lbs (fair amount of flab though). He had about 20 fights under his belt at the time...I'm 6' and was about 155 (a very lean 155) at the time. The first round i pretty much got my ass kicked because i couldn't measure the distance he could hit me at very well (his reach advantage was obviously huge). 2nd round i realized that i needed to fight inside so i cornered him and avoided his punches, got inside and worked some good left hooks and body shots. Eventually i caught him with a solid left hook and he crumbled onto me, at which point i landed a solid right uppercut to the chin and he was out.
Although i did win the fight, the SOB did break my nose in the first round. Also in case no one figured it out by the huge weight difference, this was not a sanctioned fight.

Damn straight! I dodged his punches rather easily, but the only time he truly nailed me was by a spinning backfist that caught me while I was trying to unleash a flurry of uppercuts and hooks on him. It didn't hurt me too bad, but it made me realize that I needed to beat him as easily as possible because I mean, everyone gets caught once in a while. (see Serra vs. GSP )

The biggest opponent I've faced relative to my size at the time was a big drunk construction worker when I was 13. I was at the company party, and we were both drunk. I said something to him, and he tried to throw me in the "pit" that they drive big trucks over to work on them.
As he pushed me back toward it, I just relaxed and waited. When we were almost there, I jumped down into it and threw him over the top of me. He bounced off of the metal I-beam, then flopped down and landed hard on the concrete. That was about it.
In karate, I fought a dude that was about 6' 6" and 240-ish. He was a black belt in TKD, and kept coming in with some of the wildest kicks I've ever seen. I got really sick of arm-blocking them, so every time he'd come with one, I'd jump right into it and leg-block it. Later in the locker room, he showed me his leg, it was bruised top to bottom from my leg blocks!
As for real fights, other than that drunk, dudes have been pretty much my size, not much difference. But I tend to stay out of trouble most of the time.

You fought a full grown dude when you were 13? and you were drunk? and at a company party, so you were working by the time you were just 13?
Times must be hard where you come from.

Biggest guy I fought wasn't that big, about 6'1", 200 but considering I am 5'11" and was about 150 at the time it was a big enough difference for me. It was a hockey fight so I don't know if that counts. We went at it a long time, it was very even with nobody landing anything really clean. Considering how much weight I was giving away I was happy with a draw.
