hey guys i took a fight on 1 days notice and paid the price the guy i wa fighting is a strong thai boxer and is also very good on the ground, i took it thinking i was good enough and was WRONG.

in round 1 i came out and did very well totally dominated. i secured 4 take downs and gave some nasty ground and pound, he had a mental guard and i was not good enough to pass it the ref stood us up 3 times each time i managed to take him back down

in round 2 i was gassed i came out hit him with a good right he counted and hit me with a left then followd it with a right kick to my head that rocked me i was in panic mode then he attckek me with 5-6 striked that floored me.

he mounted me and got the arm bar ......i was not a happy man i was put down and submitted like a bitch

Sounded like you were very unlucky especially with only a days notice.

keep working hard you did well for a day's notice can't expect more man keep your chin up and move forward from this. Good luck on your next fight train hard and do your best

Its keeping his chin up that got him in this mess in the first place! Only joking. Losses are just as important as wins. Being in there with someone better than you is only going to make you better yourself.
