What sorts of Confidence Exercises should I be doing to be successful?

Hey BassC,

You need to go more often than once or twice a week?!?! That will definitely help. Goodluck Man

In my case, getting better with women actually helped my fighting confidence. Must be the testosterone build up or something. Iíve been listening to http://www.pickuppodcast.com and itís really helped me out in this area.

Hey guys - thanks for the advice. started doing some running outside of training and that's helping me to keep up during practice.

also, i listened to some of the http://www.pickuppodcast.com and definitely see where this could help me with women.

any particular episode you guys liked?

I'd definitely recommend starting from the beginning, and listening to the first 8 episodes, which outline the basic "toolbox" of necessary skills. After that some of my favorites were episodes 20 (Vin DiCarlo), 25 (Evan), 27 (Allen), and 36 (David Wygant). Enjoy, and best of luck!

It's always funny when two posters are the same person, and by funny, I mean sad.
