Well with them pushing the 2nd card back to Late Summer early Fall it opens up a lot of possible Free Agent fighters to get signed.

Tito plans on his next fight being in this time frame.

All the guys fighting on the Affliction card should be ready to fight again by the time this card rolls around.

The Winner of KJ Noons vs Yves Edwards wil be available as well.

The winner of Thomson vs Melendez will be ready to go again to baring injury.

Also don't forget that Dreams and Elite XC are sharing fighters. And the LWGP fighters should all be ready to fight again.

So I figure it would be fun to put some fights you would like to see at this card.

Personally I would like to see
Lawler vs Smith 2
Tito vs Babalu or Nogueira
Fickett vs Shields
Alvarez vs Melendez/Thomson winner.
Big Foot Silva vs Arlovski or Barnett.

Now I'm sure that most of these match ups besides Lawler vs Smith 2 and Fickett vs Shields are probably not going to be made but I figured this is something fun to talk about before we spend the rest of the week looking at UFC 85.

However knowing Gary Shaw's style, we probably won't see many of these fights. It would be smarter for them to put these fights on seperate events and such, but these are some of the fights I'd like to see.

Yea those aren't happening just felt like posting them.

BP's are far more realistic.

Vitor vs Tito would make a ton of sense.
Overeem vs Big Foot would be good but I think they would want a HW with a name in the US to fight Big Foot.
I thought about Cung Le vs Jorge Santiago but I don't think Strikeforce would want to give ELITE XC their MW title fight when the show isn't co promoted.

Fair point. Overeem is the Strikeforce Heavyweight Champion though(whatever that means) so that why I thought of the fight. You are right about the Cung Le/Santiago fight. That will most likely be the headliner of Strikeforce's next card(after Thomson/Melendez).

ProElite is doing good stuff for MMA. The more cards, the better.

Yeah those matches you mentioned are good but they are probably not happening, anyway I think Lil Nog would beat Tito pretty handily, I guess Babalu would be a good fight.

A.Silva is not still ready for a HW like Arlovski or Barnett IMO, but it would probably be a good fight to determine where does he stand right now, because his fight with Ricco was uninspiring to say the least.
