That's because Frank Shamrock and Tito Ortiz hate eachothers guts and they have been sent to destroy eachother.

I didn't pop a boner for this fight like many of you did. I thought Frank fought a stupid fight and paid for it. Not exactly what I like to see.

I don't see what Tito Ortiz has anything to do with it but I get the joke, I just thought it was boring I can't really explain it and then when I read that people thought it was one of the greatest fights in history(or it could of been the announcers that said it) I laughed my ass off.

I think it was a great fight. I think a lot of people didn't like it because they like Shamrock, and don't like Le.

Yeah, the first fight was good so why not? But I think this time Frank will definitely try to get the fight to the ground, so we'll see how good Le's TDD really is, in the first fight we only saw him stuffing 1 takedown and that was it.

The Tito comment was exactly that, a joke. I've never heard any one call the Shamrock - Le fight one of the greatest in history.

I do think it was a great fight. I do think Frank was testing nature by standing and banging with a San Shao fighter who's never been defeated.

These guys were both from San Jose and the hometown crowd was split down the middle. Even though Frank got his arm broke and lost that fight I can look back and say it was a good fight.

I think Shamrock - Le 2 would play out a little differently.

I would definitely not call it the greatest fight ever not by a long shot but I did think it was a very good and entertaining fight. Part of the reason I think I liked was that it was the first time I had seen an ELITE fight and I was actually pretty surprised how pumped up the crowd was. The crowd has nothing to do with the actual fight but like at UFC 83 if the crowd is vocal and really into the fights it makes watching better IMO. The crowd was going nuts whenever something big happened.

Shamrock was Shamrock- especially how stubborn he was about not going to the ground and he definitely payed for it. I was certainly impressed with Le as that was my first watching him fight- I had heard and read about his kicks and stand-up and if a fighter just lets him stand and bang he will tear through a lot of fighters. I would like to see round 2 of this especially if Frank changes up his stubborn stand-up strategy and takes it to the ground.

Or at least If he does stand and bangs, he can mix it with clinches, take downs and push the pace and fight aggressively like he usually does.

I think he really underestimated Cung. He looked past him and just tried to put on a great fight and he made a huge mistake in doing so.

Hopefully we'll see the Violent Frank on the next outing.
