Maybe I'll get my knees scoped and try out some amateur fights.
I know a group of the guys that train there and they tell me that they train with Forrest, Amir, and Evan Tanner a lot.
A funny story, one of the guys was running on a tread mill and Forrest hopped on next to him. He looked over at him and said, "wow, I'm actually working out next to you."
Forrest looks over at him, chuckles, and says, "You call this working out?"
I thought that was a funny story. Made my friend feel dumb. Classic Forrest.
I said Xtreme Couture without a doubt because they seem to have a solid work ethic, and come up with some of the best gameplans in MMA.

Think how cool it would be to work like for Zuffa and be on event staff for the UFC PPVs.

They are calling it the Nog and Silva Mixed Martial Arts Academy
Quote:
According to the Sun Sentinel, current UFC champions Anderson Silva and Antonio “Minotauro” Nogueira are set to open a mixed martial arts training facility in Miami, Florida.
The 15,000 square foot facility is located inside Johnny Rock Fitness center in Miami. The doors of the named “Nogueira and Silva Mixed Martial Arts Academy” are set to open on May 16.

They may have changed the name to something else but it's not Black House.

1. Red Devils Team - conditioning and sambo submissions, besides training with Fedor alone is worth it.
2. Golden Glory - striking: best strikers team of world's elite strikers.
3. Chute Boxe - old school vale tudo.
