A funny story, one of the guys was running on a tread mill and Forrest hopped on next to him. He looked over at him and said, "wow, I'm actually working out next to you."
Forrest looks over at him, chuckles, and says, "You call this working out?"
I thought that was a funny story. Made my friend feel dumb. Classic Forrest.
I said Xtreme Couture without a doubt because they seem to have a solid work ethic, and come up with some of the best gameplans in MMA.

Are Nog and Anderson Silva calling their new gym in Miami Black House also? ANyways I would want to train with either Team Punishment, ATT, XC, or AKA .

They are calling it the Nog and Silva Mixed Martial Arts Academy
