havin troubles with southpaw
i boxed for a year under an almost private trainer, it was me and about 6 other guys and although we all followed the same schedule he tought us almost individually, me bein south paw was no issue
now im doing muay thai in a bigger class with little individual attention(no complaints..it would be perfect if i wasnt southpaw)but i am, and find it difficult to keep up with the directions since they are primarily taught in a regular stance. doenst seem like a big diffrnce but it is when watching footwork and what hand/ foot a punch or kick is bein used
i will start jiu jitsu this week and add in mma by the end of the month, any other south paws with the same issues? should i just work in a regular stance while in class? any thoughts would be good, thanks
