Aleks is the man, point blank. He rocks a mullet, has a hot chick with him at all times, looks like he just rolled out of bed and likes to punch people in their grills. The guy has rarely been in a boring fight. His boxing is some of my favorite in MMA. Nice hand speed, good movement, yeah, Aleks rules.

My top 5 favorite AE fights.

1. vs Ricardo Morais (Bushido 6).

Many will say the Thompson fight's better, but I disagree. This IS the Aleks fight to watch, as he brutally punches Morais in the face, like, 40 times in the span of 15 seconds. Freakin' amazing hand speed for a chubby dude. Morais is dead, yo, DEAD!

2. vs James Thompson (High Octane).

A classic. Aleks looks quite bored before the fight, while Thompson is ready to kill someone. They slug it out and Thompson loses in hilarious fashion.

3. vs Rene Rooze (Bushido Europe).

Fast Aleks fights are awesome and this is no different. Rooze looks like he's about to piss his pants before he gets brutally whomped.

4. vs Sergei Kharitonov (Final Conflict 2006).

Okay, while Aleks didn't exactly kick a ton of ass, he did knee Sergei in the face a lot. Sergei was looking quite good until he got stupid. Nice win for Aleks, his best win ever.

5. vs Eric Pele (Bodog).

Aleks beats up a fat guy. Gotta love it.

So yeah, re-live your favorite Aleks fights and memories. Even though he lost, I loved his performance against Josh Barnett. That first round was awesome, and Aleks' stand-up looked really good. Nice hand speed, good fake-outs. He gave Barnett trouble, and it ruled.

I want my Aleks punchy face action! I want it NOW!

His KO of Morais is definitely in my top 4 favorite knock outs of alllll time. Incredible handspeed, insane movement, and the way he hops around after Ricardo hits the floor gives me goosebumps. He could work a tad bit on his cardio, but other than that, I freakin lovee the guy.

Plus, the dude rocks a Euro-Mullet, thats like so Das Uber.

This thread made me go look for my Bushido 6 dvd. I was horrified to not be able to find it. Alexs-Morais and Buscape-Azeredo on the same event, pretty much the two extremes of MMA. Not to mention Fedor being vicious. Almost too good to be true. Any chance of a Retro Watch for Bushido 6?

Aleks is a manly man, he fought Silva in his first MMA fight, Mirko in his 4th and Carlos Barreto in his 5th fight. He, like Nick Diaz, ain't no bitch.

I really enjoyed his last fight against Santos. I really wanted to see Buentello vs Aleks, even more than Sylvia vs Fedor. Too bad.

Aleks is awesome, killear and very confident. There is no breaking Aleks Emelianenko ever.

Aleks is definitely one of my favourite Heavies, besides CC, Fedor and Nog I'd want him to beat them all.

I just want to get some conformation on his current position, one minute he's banned from fighting in the US, then he's not.
