To me, Renzo's up there with guys like Bas. Too cool for words and a guy who has been in his share of great fights. He wasn't afraid to stand with guys and could've coasted and fought cans later on, but chose to fight guys like Penn, Frank Shamrock and Carlos Newton.

I remember when he stepped on Ben Spijkers neck. Spijkers was being a prick, calling Renzo Gracie up late at night and making rude comments towards him (And I believe his wife). Well, Renzo's all "I ain't no bitch" and beat the hell out of Benny Ben and stepped on his neck. Do not mess with Renzo Gracie's sleep time. Also, I believe Ben Spijkers was talking up that he was a great fighter, even though he had one fight before facing Renzo, a loss against Erik Paulson. He also said he'd destroy Renzo.

Renzo kicked Nate Marquardt in the face for punching Almeida after Almeida held on to a choke. Then, Renzo's all "Damn, sorry Nate, my craziness got the best of me."

Remember when he KO'ed Oleg with a kick from the buttscoot position? That was awesome, and I also believe Oleg was talking a gang of crap pre-fight. Oleg was on some Art Jimmerson shit, rocking one glove (An MMA glove).

He spit on Shungo Oyama, because Shungo was being a stupid ass in their fight, constantly taunting Renzo.

Then, he had classic battles with Saku and Newton. I also enjoyed his fight with Penn. Nobody talks about this fight. Why, I don't know, but I liked it and Renzo put up a good fight. I liked BJ's stand-up in that fight, but that's another topic.

So yeah, Renzo is a blast to watch, because he's so nutty and he has/had a great ground game. Renzo is a top 10 favorite of mine, and he should be a top 10 favorite for everybody.

I liked watching Saku snap his arm by flipping him in the final seconds of the match when they fought, that's my favourite memory.

Renzo is a bad ass and he is one of my favorite Gracie's because he actually trains MMA. He has a very successful MMA gym and actually cares about striking and other parts of his game.

He is possibly one of my least favorite fighters. I will check out his Saku fight, but I have yet to see a fight of his I enjoyed.

First, I just watched that video and that upkick was one of the coolest things I have ever seen in MMA. But that wasn't really a great fight, it was basically a 1 hit KO.
Second, I don't recall who he fought, but it was at least 2 fights where he was fighting some sort of can (I think it was PRIDE so thats not surprising) and he was really hesitant to engage.

Mine, too. The flying guillotine on Miletich is always good for a laugh(especially as he pulled it off and re-retired the guy).

And how can we forget Renzo's smacktalk leading up to the fight with The Prodigy? We can't. Talking about your opponent's father's nutsack(and being serious about it) is worthy of an as-yet-to-be-named award.

I give him props for being a tough, crazy mother****er and the nutsakc comment, btu I really don't like his fights that much. I'll have to go back and watchte Milletich fight, because honestly I can't even remember seeing it, though I probably did.
