Judo Gold Medalist Wants to Fight Fedor

http://mmalinker.com/xArticle.php?a=11924

Funny guy. I think he would get raped. In the real sense. Not the kind of '****' that makes you happy you competed afterwards against a better opponent. The kind of **** that that makes you go to the cops and give a written statement of the nights events.

If the fight did happen though, do you guys think it would be good for MMA? (Assuming Fedor does beat him)
Beating a gold medalist? It would be hard to call it 'street fighting' then wouldnt it?

Yeah, this will probably be a big NYE pay cheque for Fedor.

Fedor should take the fight, just to save DREAM. Then in early 09 fight the winner of Arlovski/Barnett.

I think it would be a definite feather in his cap.Hes beaten former k1 champs, former ufc champ ,silver medallist in the olympics in greco ...But would be even more impressive if he beats him with armbar or kimura not just ground and pound.

Yeah, when Nogueira beat Nastula he should have used an arm bar not GnP. What a missed oppurtunity...

But WTF does this judo guy think he knows about MMA? I think we have a case of overly confident asian looking pissed and getting beat (See Yuki Kondo vs WAND and Naoya Ogawa vs Fedor. They look so pissed that I just want to see them get their asses handed to them)
