Bas Rutten vs Ken Shamrock I

Have anyone seen this fight?
The second fight is on youtube and is very short, Shamrock takes it to the ground easily and puts Bas in a painful kneebar. Anyone can lose once to a guy, but it really surprises me that he lost Shamrock twice.

Ken has a serious weakness against good strikers, and has been KO'ed by a lot of them, and Bas is simply one of the best strikers in MMA history.

How could Bas not exploit Ken's weakness as he did to Frank Shamrock? He is just to me a better fighter than Ken even when Ken was in his prime.

So if anyone have seen it, please explain to me what happened. Thanks.

Fun trivia: In danish "kamp" means "match" or "fight". So Martin Kampmann really lives up to his name.

Ken's a lot stronger than Frank, which is why he was able to take Bas down with ease and control him.

Their first fight was Ken taking Bas down, mounting him and pretty much keeping him there. Shamrock pretty much dominated the guy. Keep in mind that Bas was not quite the fighter he'd later become. He was still learning the grappling game.
