Well if it was k1 the larger boxing gloves would give Fedor problems - not sure otherwise what the typical kickboxing padding is - I assume though boxing gloves are the norm?...

Why would larger gloves give him problems? He trains with them just as much as he does the 4oz gloves.

He normally punches around the opponents attempts to block, larger gloves makes that a lot harder - or not possible: Perhaps, I mean it's all just supposition.

It wouldn't give him much problems punching but the other guys defense with the boxing gloves on would. Like with Bonjasky, he keeps his hands high and tight on his head with the size of the gloves that is what would give Fedor problems with the way Fedor punches.
