Worst method of punishment?

Fedor's GnP, Crocop's high kick, Lidell's counterpunches, Anderson Silva's knees, Shogun's stomps, or Rampage's slams.

Which one would be the most painful? I'd have to say Shogun's stomps as every time I see them I cringe, but Fedor's GnP would have me scared as it would turn my face into hamburger meat.

The stomps certainly look the worst when he connects. But they're all right up there. Crocop's head kicks were almost unbelievable he used do it at will. Rampage's slam of Ricardo Arona also comes to mind.

I reckon i'd have jon jones

I'd have to say Rampages slams after they did those tests which said they were the equivalent to the trauma of three car crashes haha

The worst is definately the one that doesn't knock you out immediately and keeps hurting.

If it's Anderson;s knees while in a thai clinch, I'd have to go for that. Not only is it scary as hell not being able to see what is about to hit you, it is so damn irritating to be completely controlled by your head/neck.

Rashad's counter punches

Really, I'd say Wanderlei curb-stomping you, from the Pride days.
