SEC Files Insider Trading Charges Against Mark Cuban

This doesn't look good for Mark.

"Washington, D.C., Nov. 17, 2008 — The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged Dallas entrepreneur Mark Cuban with insider trading for selling 600,000 shares of the stock of an Internet search engine company on the basis of material, non-public information concerning an impending stock offering."

I wonder how this will impact HDNet Fights operations.

None.......the reality is he could potentially go to prison but its not like he the main brain that runs the operation....so if he did have to go away i would venture to guerss hdnets and all the other business he runs would still be running......Most likely he will have to pay major penalties and could potentially be banned from every buying securities ever again...........

Basically we should now call Mark Cuban = Martha Stewart.............
