you're compairing -20 to -13 in southern Alberta. It's been -50 in Fort Mac. hah

Ocean, Mountains and warmer temps > Nothing on the horizon and colder temps

The only things better in alberta are the hockey teams and taxes.

I was in Fort Mac last week and it was -42 here a couple days ago.

You do realize there are mountains in Alberta right?

Well having lived in BC for 11 years I can say both have there perks.

In Calgary, unlike places such as Victoria and Kelowna, we dont have to deal with nowhere near as much senior driving....Man I hate the senior drivers in BC and there are ALOT of them...

yeah, victoria has a hell of a lot of seniors on the road. my car has been bumped while parked more than a few times, have had my front bumper resprayed twice in two years. On the other hand... i had three cars written off in Edmonton -- all three by people running lights or signs. So i guess it's a little of this, or a little of that.

People do drive faster in edmonton, which is nice. But there is also photo radar and up to 9 months of ice. Guess you just can't have it all.

Alberta probly has the most mma shows than anywere in canada by far.

You got MFC, you got King of the cage all the time, and you used to have HFC which was probly the best org to ever enter canada, they had people like, little nog, Mousasi, Eastman, lousueu, A.emelienenko, Babalu, riggs, a shitload of talent.
