Awesome. Frank Shamrock is a great fighter and killed Tito Ortiz when they fought. Hopefully he and Baroni hook up and he defeats Baroni.

If Frank comes into a match with Baroni at 70% of what he was when he fought Tito, he should be able to handle Baroni (if he doesn't get caught). However, his last match can't be taken seriously as a real indicative gauge of where his skills are at. A KO at less than 30 seconds with a debuting fighter doesn't offer anyone much to go on.

Frank Shamrock is insane in that video. He sticks his tongue out and just laughes, haha that was funny but also sick. He should stick in UFC because he was a good. Him and Miletich put up a great fight against each other. I think Miletich won but either way it was a good fight.
