I think the worst fighter of the year is Ken Shamrock. As bad as Kalib Starnes was, at least he didn't sink an entire promotion. Ken was suppose to face EXC's cash cow but decided he was going to spar on the day of the fight and gets a nasty cut. This cut pervented him from fighting and EXC had to scramble to find an opponent for Kimbo. They pick Seth and the rest is history.

You forget that this isn't just some brutal sport where everyones out to kill each other. Its much more like a game of physical chess.-looney liam

I think marcus aurelio's armbar in like 16 seconds has to be ranked pretty high in the submissions of the year imo.

Thanks guys but yeah probably starnes does win worst fighter of the year and irving's talent comes into question because he did not even land a single strike I mean it is silva but come on and he tested positive steroids or not he probably used it to get an unfair advantage. As far as the submission goes the aokiplata was nice but I think Mclovin's armbar was more exciting. Dont forget to post your picks

He tested positive for pain killers, not steroids. And you could make an argument that he did hit Silva with that kick before getting KO'ed.

I dont get what the point of highlighting that was. If you look I said he tested positive, steroids or not he used it to get an unfair advantage. That means I know it was not steroids but it was a banned substance nevertheless. And yes he did hit silva with one kick that was caught so it is not really a hit.

I'm pretty sure a hit is a hit whether it's caught or not.

It's also understandable that he took pain killers, his ankle was jacked going into that fight he only had 4 weeks notice

Fighters to watch
John Salter
Chris 'The Chronic' Conolley
Marcus 'The Bruiser' Brimage
Adrian 'Guard Yo Grill' Miles
Andy Roberts
