I hope he is but I don't think he likes MMA all that much.

I would love to see him in the UFC, especially after watching him knock Mark off his feet while backpedaling.

same.. seeing Manhoef in the UFC would be awesome.. so many good fights for him there..

they could promote him with hes win over Hunt saying how he was much lighter, and knocked out a guy who was known to have a granite chin

i pay for a UFC with Manhoef in it for sure.

Shogun is my homeboy.

Ive read that Melvin had some words with Kimbo back stage after the dynamite show and said he wanted to fight him next.

I guarantee hell be back for more fights.

Technically he never "retired" he just wanted to take a break but it came out as a retirement.

Well he's had 2 fights since retiring, so I'd say he's probably back. Plus he has a ton of momentum with the Hunt KO

Eh, I'd rather not see him in the UFC, as incredible as his striking is, his ground game still sucks, and anyone could submit him if they could avoid his striking onslaught.

I'd much rather see him in K-1. Way more potential there.

Agreed.

Most of the guys who are impressed with Melvin will turn on him the second they see him get matched up against a couple good grapplers with good chins in the UFC.

Hes perfect in Japan right now.
