Pride 32 Was A Fun Show.

First Pride show in Vegas, and while it wasn't a blow away card, it was damn fun.

Robbie looked great against Joey Villasenor, who is a solid fighter. Swank flying knee, and this is the fight that made Robbie go from just a solid guy to a really solid guy.

Holy shit, Nakamura vs the guy who got utterly killed by GSP, Travis Galbraith, was fun. Wild striking from both men and a nice finish with Nak whomping poor Travis. I'm on a Kaz Nak kick right now. Nak executes a swank, swank throw at the end of the first. Kaz also cut a promo in engrish afterwards.

Phil Baroni: ADCC superstar. Nishijima impressed me in the Hunt fight. He never impressed me after that. Phil actually attempted an arm triangle. No shit.

Too bad Hunt couldn't fight Butterbean, but damn, I loved watching Butterbean kill Sean O'Haire, who sucks terribly.

Pawel did really good against Barnett. Funnily enough, Pawel got popped for roids and cold medicine after this fight. His excuse? It was in his Pride contract. No really, I'm serious.

Shogun got to show off his solid BJJ against a Hammer House guy, who probably gave the NSAC warmed up lemonade for piss. Wow, Randleman amazed me with his shitty, shitty leg-lock defense, which consisted of him laying down and kicking his legs.

Fedor beat Coleman so bad, that he made his kids cry. Coleman looked like the Toxic Avenger.

Plus, Wanderlei got to cut an interview, and Wandy is always the coolest dude ever.

Crazy Pride Lady was in full effect, and it was glorious. Plus, K freakin' Grant.

Fun show.

Discuss.

Wheres the Hendo beating Vitor love?

I wish we could have gotten the solid in shape Nakamura in the UFC and not the pudgy pot smoking one.

Oh yeah, Henderson looked really good in that fight. He did what he had to do, and shut down a solid yet inconsistent fighter. But man, Belfort looked totally uninspired, as usual.

I love the 205 Hendo. At that weight, everything looks sharp.

Oh Sean O'Haire, totally forgot about that guy, just goes to show what happens when pro wrestlers with no background come and try there luck at MMA.

O'Haire's post-fight backflip after he beat Shungo Oyama in extremely ugly fashion was high-larious, as was his post-fight interview.

Oh, how did I forget Takada's interview?

Fujita was dressed like a freakin' pimp. While Sakurai and Yoshida came out looking like they rolled out of bed, especially Hidehiko, Fujita showed them how to dress.

that was a pretty damn solid card, makes me wanna watch it again, although watching coleman's kids cry is not that fun to watch.

Randleman is just one of those guys that ya gotta wonder what he could of done had he learned more MMA. I seen that sean guy a few times when my dad watched wrestling and when i saw butterbean kill him i laughed so damn hard, what a mis-match that one was. Plus you always gotta respect the crazy pride lady easily the greatest announcer of all time. PRIDE FTW!!!

Saw it recently, Wasn't as good as PRIDE's in Japan but still a great show. Lenne Hardt is the best announcer.

The fights were quality. A nice mix of KOs and submissions.

Butterbean Vs O'Haire was the most bizarre fight I have ever seen, What O'Haire was trying to do when he was KOed is beyond me. If he was trying to shoot then he has some serious Wrestling to practice.

Man you can't get a much better atmosphere than the saitama arena. Japan is the best place for MMA.
