About 6 months ago I got tired of being an overweight pack-a-day smoker so I decided to do something about. I began boxing training and quit smoking with the hope of eventually training in wrestling so I can compete in MMA events. I can only train 1 day a week due to my work schedule but I have already lost 20 lbs. My first fight is on Nov. 17 (Friday). It is only an exhibition boxing match but I am really pumped. If somebody records it I will try to post it on youtube.
Good Luck man! i was just thinking of training in Judo to do pretty much the same thing, except i already quit smoking and chewing about 5 years ago. now i just need to get rid of this fat.... hehe but again G'luck to ya!
