It is just as big a part of MMA as striking or BJJ.
Excellent post, I totally agree with you. If people donít like watching GnP they need to stick to Kick boxing and Abu Dhabi. I love every part of MMA, striking, knees, ground and pound, submissions, itís that you get to combine all of these things that make it the best sport on earth.

This is a great topic. People should accept MMA for what it is. You need to do what ever you have to to win. If you don't like it, don't watch.

GnP is apart of MMA and has always been apart of it. MMA is always evolving and as hard as fighters try to be well rounded, if you don't have GnP skills or grappling skills it will be hard for you do get anywhere in MMA. This is probably an exception for Chuck Liddell. There is nothing wrong with Lay n Pray, it's just another strategy in MMA that fighters to need adapt to or beat it.

Lay and gay is someone you stays on the top trying to look busy so the ref doesn't stand it up... if funny because people seem to think that Tito has great cardio, but if you watch the Forrest fight Tito did not win that fight. He was gassin by the second, and if he was to take it down we all would have saw him lay on top of him "to catch his breath" for the whole god damn round.

GnP is someone who usually stops the fight due to punches or elbows, Tito wins the fight by decision!!! thats not pounding, thats why hes gay, and he lays.... HENCE LAY AND GAY!

For most of you, ignorance is bliss, but for me it's about the truth.

His leg was busted up in that fight. And you can clearly see at the end of the fight that tito was the winner coz the ref lifted Titos arm up after Bruce read the judges score card

But if anyone saw the judges score cards, one was 30 to 27, how the hell did tito win all 3 rounds?!?!?! FORREST OWNED TITO IN THE SECOND!

Tito went in for three take downs, and unsucessfully did nothing! Whlie Forrest beat him up in the stand up.

I dont think it was a 30-27 fight for Tito either but he for sure won the fight imo. The 1st and 3rd round was Tito, the 2nd was a 10-9 for forrest. no matter how one might wanna twist and turn it Tito was the winner. "Very fairly squairely" as GSP once stated

dude i just watched it a few nights ago, its was 30 - 27

and then tell me how he won the 3rd round, tito took him down once, but was getting beaten up from Forrest's gaurd, Forrest was landing elbows, punches, and all that great stuff, then tito ran away from his gaurd and then forrest stood up. that was the only big highlight for tito in that round, which lasted like 25 seconds, then Forrest was kickin his ass in the stand up.

So, theres no way Tito won that fight.
