Wwe = Mma

My friend who likes WWE and professional wrestling just informed me that:

Sherdog.com owner Jeff Sherwood mentions in his latest audio show that WWE is considering opening their own MMA organization after talks with PRIDE.

Now I cant seem to decide if that is a good or bad thing. Anyway thought if no one knew I would share the wealth.

Not sure what to think about that. I watch pro wrestling and MMA. I guess only time will tell, probably won't last to long. Remember the XFL, didn't think so.

Just so you will know, anytime you mention WWE and MMA in the same sentence, half the forum will jump on your ass.

yeah lol thought so, so thats why I said it that way. But yeah I see your point. But if they do do it. They will bring a lot of fans with them but also bring the idiot fans no ones likes. So the more I think about it the less I like the idea =/

Why do people ALWAYS bring up the XFL when talking about Vince creating an MMA organization? They are completely different. The XFL was a mockery of the BIGGEST American sport. MMA is still new and and evolving, Vince could modify it a little like he did the XFL to Footbal and it could work in MMA.

And I think this will be good for MMA. Vince has the money to really compete with the UFC and will most likely force them to stop putting out so many horrible cards.

I agree with a lot of you but just beacuse it happened to the XFL doesnt nessessarily mean it will happen here. But the stereotypes are definitely building up against them. If this does happen, we'll see how it goes in the first couple of months and hey you never know.. it could be great and really fun to watch.
