How long(if ever) will it take for Dream to acquire at least %30 of all ranked fighters?
Not counting the FW, BW divisions.
So far Dream has: Aoki, Eddie Alvarez, Joachim Hansen, Kitaoka, Kawajiri, Gegard Mousasi and Alistair Overeem.
All though almost all of those fighters also fight for different organizations, they also have Dream contracts.
Currently, Dream has %14 of all ranked fighters, establishing it as the second biggest organization for ranked fighters after the UFC.
And with Fedor's contraction with Affliction expiring and statements from his management teams stating the unlikelihood of him signing with the UFC, it's looking a little bit likely that Fedor would sign with Dream.
To add to the momentum of Dream, Marius Zaromskis is establishing himself as a star and gaining a stronger argument to be regarded as a legitimate Welterweight.
Are we witnessing the rebirth of PRIDE?

It would be nice to have Dream become like Pridefc. Tourneys and all. It would be cool if the ufc sent some fighters for a tournement. I cant imagine how cool it would be. Dream still needs more fighters though.

Dream could pick up a lot of fighters once affliction folds. Maybe people who dont want to be in the ufc and get good deals in Dream could go there.

yeah, DREAM HW GP Finals, Fedor vs Barnett, but Barnett misterously injures himself backstage and is unable to participate and the winner the reserve match has to step in...

Strikeforce has dibbs on Eddies contract as well which would give them....
Eddie Alvarez, Robbie Lawler, Jake Shields, Alastair Overeem, Nick Diaz, and Josh Thompson.
That leaves them with 6 one less than DREAM, and Eddie Alvarez has no fights left on his DREAM contract so his name is questionable there.
I think Strikeforce will acquire more ranked fighters in the longrun between the two.

Estimate Time
If there is any time span in which DREAM would aquire 30% of world MMA rankings it would probably be in 5 years plus!

That's funny. Barnett on roids is a dangeous opponent and #1 contender on DREAM heavyweight belt due to lack of solid opponents, assuming, of course, that Fedor isn't there.
