Saku's ears are pretty nasty but Randys are so bad theyre like starting to turn in on themselves. They dont even look like ears anymore just two lumps of shit sitting on the side of his head.

IIRC, you can't just drain it, the cartilige is curled in on itself. Normal people can get it treated right away but prolonged damage to the ears like these guys subject themselves to causes the deformity.

They're caused by tissue planes being torn and filling with blood. You can get them drained if you do it soon, but if you leave it it turns into scar tissue. Apparnetly, in fighting, they're are considered a badge of honour.

I couldnt really tell by the pictures,but I voted for Randy since I've seen more of him and his ears are pretty flowered up.
